That's always happened to me, too. Phil's very good at attaching them, though.

It looks like you've attached them rather than embedded them but I can tidy it up before I publish it.
I've only had time to skim-read it but it looks great. Thanks for doing it.

If I get time in the new year and can find some screencast software I might record a video on how to deal with images.
