Not likely, unfortunately, as he's standing on the villains' side; more likely Crimson Dynamo from the design then, not Box, with Strucker and Ultron.

I would have to agree that it is more than likely Crimson Dynamo.
But the colours used, and the metallic neck configuration, looks quite a bit like the Jeffries Box armour.

I see what you mean, but given how things get changed for games (this is a game we're talking about, right?), I'd still expect CD more than Box. Also, note the chevron eyes on CD, and the straight curve on Box. And all three have the metallic neck configuration, it's just the least visible on CD.

I don't think this is the first time we've ever confused the characters, either.

Bah. It's probably Crimson Dynamo. You're right. The silver neck is what threw me off. I don't remember ever seeing Crimson Dynamo with a silver neck; and that's what made me think of Box. And I thought he was on the villain side because he has been "brain washed" and "evil" as a part of the Zodiac. I guess part of it was wishful thinking (since he had gotten more air time in X-Men books and such that they were going to go with that)... But yeah, it's probably Crimson Dynamo... feh.

That's just silly. That's pretty much Box's armor and looks.

That's like saying Fighting America doesn't pretty much look exactly like Captain America. :)

At least Hyperion and Superman have different color costumes. :)
