Legacy Numbering

If there was a new Alpha Flight book Dec 2021 (we wish!) what would be the Legacy number for it?

Legacy numbers are all the series, specials etc added together to get a number, as explained here: https://www.comichron.com/faq/legacynumberingatmarvel.html

But do you count annuals? What Alpha Flight specials would be in the list?

Has anyone worked this out already please?

Looking at the others, Annuals, Oneshots, Minus 1 and 0.1 wouldn't count, so #172?

Would we count things like their first appearances in Uncanny #109 and 120-121?

I didn't think so.
