I imagine I'll pick this up as it's one issue, but do we count this as a team member? A legacy character? A homage?

But he does look just a little different to *our* Northstar.

Having flicked through the issue I haven't picked it up, and won't be listing it as an appearance; no mention of our Northstar is made, or any connection.
It seems like a homage rather than a legacy.
