from the adds on TV, they appear to be bean shaped plastic shells with off ballance weight inside. if you were to roll them down a ramp, or along a floor they would kinda wobble a long and do funny things....I guess kids race them or something.

OK - I'll be the first to admit that they scare me a little bit...

"Scary" is the Namor Beanz under Marvel 1. Coulda done without the angle looking up the thong.
Given size and shape, need we speculate why they didn't make a Northstar Beanz?

I ordered all of them, here's what I've paid for each:

Snowbird: $2.99
Shaman: $1.35
Guardian: $1.75
Puck: $1.50
Sasquatch: $2.47

The others were all from the same person, so will arrive at the same time, with one low shipping cost :)

I got Shaman, Guardian, and Puck today. Now I'm just waiting on Sasquatch :) Now if only that Vindicator Hero Clicks figure didn't cost so bloody much!

does anybody here know why marvel picks the strangest products to put their characters on? seriously. and the candy! they are soo weird. (however those flat ones that are like a fruit roll up with bits of candy on top are completely cosmically fantastic).
i actually think they pick weird ultra kitchy things for camp, but maybe they are really just horrible business people (there is evidence for it).

I picked up a couple of packages on clearance at Wal-Mart and managed to get all 5 Alpha characters. They're ...interesting! :)

Not sure what you can do with them (other than display) but, like Ben, I'm something of an AF completist.

I'm still holding out hope for some Alpha Flight mini-mates.
