reworking some things

Hey folks,

I'm doing some pretty big alterations to how AF.net is put together. In theory, no one should notice any problems, or changes, but if you do, just let me know. I'm in the process of changing over to using PHP as a "shell" for the HTML on the site. This is so I can make changes to the navigation from one remote file, and not have to alter every HTML page.

Ok folks, this process should now be complete, it took a lot of repetitive work, but it's done now! You shouldn't notice any real differences to the site, (a few minor ones tucked away). If you see any odd things on the site, let me know ASAP.

All this does really is makes it much easier for me to update the site from this point on.
