Is this really original art??

I saw this stuff on eBay and I think it's just colour guides but the seller says no its original art. What do you all think??
I mean it's a neat thing to have but is it original art?

It might be a color guide page. Those are smaller than original art pages that come in color, used to indicate to the publisher which colors to use for different areas of the page. I doubt he's cutting pages out of comic books and framing them individually!
