I have been incredibly busy this summer. Hope I've been missed!
I'm trying to relax today rather than running around the properties.
I've been invited to lecture a Literature of Fantasy and Imagination class at the Community College of RI as a published author...showtime at 4 PM today.
I made up a booklet for the class, a horror story which is my current publication on http://alienskinmag.com/fich1.htm along with two as yet unpublished stories, a time twisted haunting and a satire fantasy.
The instructor who invited me to do the lecture says the class is looking forward to it, so I guess I don't have to be afraid of rotted vegetables being thrown, but wish me luck anyway. The whole experience is making me feel much more successful at the writing than I have been!

Thanks!
Went well overall.
Class had one know-it-all and a buncha stiffs. The know-it-all sent an e-mail later...thank you for talking to our class. I was very interesting."
I resisted all temptation to return the e-mail with "no you weren't" but instead sent a polite reply and added the missing "t" to his message so he wouldn't feel embarrassed about it if he noticed it later.
