The way Millar talked it was going to spin-out of Civil War, so maybe Fall 06.

The way things look/sound at this point it looks like it'll be Winter 2007, in my opinion... I think that the Civil War event will boil over late, and that there won't be time or room for Alpha in the immediate aftermath, and Winter 2007 would give a decent amount of time to prepare for the launch.
