It's one of the old handbook pics for Talisman(the Deluxe Edition, I believe?).

It's from the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe Deluxe Edition (1985).

Page 9 starts the Talisman entry in Issue 13. Art by Mike Mignola & Joe Rubinstein.
