Fantastic Four 2 movie includes Silver Surfer

Maybe more of you already knew this, but this is the first I've heard of a sequel to the FF movie. And yes, the Silver Surfer is in it. Does that mean Galactus is in it too?

from what I heard, the second movie is supposed to lead DIRECTLY into the third. FF2 = Silver Surfer, FF3 = Galactus. They've been planning that (at least in rumour) since just before the first movie came out
