Marvel Forum -- Help!

I saw a Snowbird appreciation thread at the Marvel Forum, so naturally, I wanted to join in. I registered with Marvel, and have tried to post a reply, but whenever I click on "Post a Reply" at the bottom of the forum, I kept getting routed to some table of contents set-up headed by a "Please Read Before Posting" section. I have read the rules, but I am still unable to post. Can anyone who posts on the Marvel message board forum help me, please? Thank you.

Hiya Birdy. I know you've probably done it, but on the off chance, is there a click box at the bottom of the 'Please Read Before Posting' gumph that you have to click to say you've read the rules etc?

I just looked in, and clicked on the "Board Rules". Now that set-up is gone, and in its place is a narrow strip with a link to "Dragynwulf" and a large gray area. Has anyone else had trouble getting in?
