That's from issue #19 of course, not #12. Silly eBay.

Very nice and slightly tempting, but I'm in line for a Snowbird commission with Mel Rubi, I'll have to pass. Thanks for sharing with the class :)

Ryan, could you share your Snowbird commission by Mel Rubi with us when you receive it? I'd love to see it.

Most definitely! It may be a while, but hopefully not too long.
The Guardian piece he did for me:

Well, I was able to snag it at the opening bid, very surprising.
That'll go into the "Volume 2" exhibit at the Alpha Flight Museum.
Whoa! Imagine if there were such a place!??!?
We could all donate all our cool stuff and then we could all be like, whoa!

Well, we could make an arrangement where it's on display but "on loan" from the private collection of so-and-so, then rotate exhibits throughout the year. This way after the exhibit closes the museum returns it back to you and you can return it to the vault and lock it all up safely.

Or just have a 'virtual' one made up of all the collected original/commission/sketch pieces that we have between us forum-ites...

Well hey that's a nifty idea, Phil. Weren't we thinking of new ideas for the new alphaflight.net launch? Sounds pretty good to me! An online museum of custom artwork and comic art pages, very nice.

Questions answered, thank you rplass!
I either missed that thread, or (more likely) forgot about it.
Or...maybe I ignored it because of THE DATE! D'oh!
