Usually I teach 9-12 and calculus maths, science 7-12 including bio, chem, and physics, and history 9-12 plus sometimes law, but this year some of my employers are wieners and I'm mostly teaching the same courses but in 6-8 , which has gotten many people in an uproar (they like my doing 11/12 and are very angry I'm being 'demoted').

4:51pm-8:44am try to forget that I work in the public service.

I bet I can beat you there, Mik:

- Tuesday, 10:55pm - work at hotel for 8 hours, get off at 7am. Go home, and sleep until mid-afternoon Wednesday,
- Wednesday, 10:55pm - work at hotel for another 8 hours, get off at 7am, get caffeine-laiden beverage,
- Thursday, 7:15am - go to work at local newspaper (readying various ads and classifieds pages for Nakusp/Arrow Lakes News), get off around 4pm. Go home, sleep until 7:30am Friday.
- Friday, 8am - go to work at local newspaper (readying various ads and classifieds pages for Revelstoke Times Review), get off around 5pm (tho lately it's been closer to 6pm), go home, wind down, and remind myself that I AM actually married, because I haven't seen my wife since Tuesday, go to bed around midnight, wake up around 8:30am
- Saturday, 9am - go back to work at local newspaper (finishing off what I couldn't do on Thursday or Friday), go home around 2pm, again, spend time with my wife (her work schedule permitting).
- Sunday, off.
- Monday, 7:30am, get up, go to work for 8am - chase ads that need to be in paper, put said ads on design page, call editor and tell him I'm STILL waiting for proof-pages to add ads to, finally get pages from editor, put ads on said pages, send off finished pages to printer, do miscellaneous paperwork, call printer to see if pages went through properly, send corrections etc, argue with printer that all ads are there, and that they are useless twits, re-resend pages, argue with printers that everything's there and the given pages are SUPPOSED to be in colour/black'n'white, hang up, wait an hour, call back to confirm that everything's FINALLY alright, go home around 3pm, rest until
- Tuesday, 11:55pm - lather, rinse and repeat.
