Hows everyone new years go?

We spent our New Year's Eve quietly, as we always do. My husband, son, and I watched the ball drop at midnight; but for a change, we watched a live broadcast of a street party in White Plains, NY, instead of the one in Times Square. Our daughter went to a party at a friend's house, but was brought home at 12:30 AM. Thank goodness for that; I was worried about her being out on the road on New Year's Eve, and was thankful that she came home safely.
