Diamond Lil showed up in a one-panel cameo, tending to a knocked-out Iceman. With her, Madison, Northstar, and Persuasion presumably still kicking around, I think Utopia has more Canadian mutants in it than Canada does at this point.

Interesting that nobody at Marvel seems to realize that she is married to Jeffries.

Yeah, Madison has a line immediately before hers, that's about the closest thing we've seen to them appearing together in canon since the Boxbot beatdown. And even then, no mention of them being married.
And I just noticed that the panel she's in is repeated in the background of the final two-page splash of the issue, so it looks like she's present at whatever big throwdown in going to happen in a month.

zOMG! Great find! I just hope she doesn't get throwndown in the throwdown. Maybe she will join the X-Men after this issue!

Are you sure it's Lil?
The dialogue in the next panel and 2 pages after seems to suggest that it's Dazzler.

Yep, Chris Yost (the writer) confirmed it himself over at the CBR forums.

Yeah, I spent a few minutes scratching my head and squinting to confirm whether it was really Lil or not (I adore Crain's art, it's such a perfect fit for this story, but it's so damn hard to tell who people are a lot of the time), but there's no other character around right now with that colour scheme and a domino mask like that.
Also, she said 'eh,' so obviously it could be no one else.
Did I read correctly that Persuasion was shown on Utopia as well in a digital comic?

No, you didn't. She was seen in one panel in the 2008 holiday special which was a digital comic, BEFORE Utopia, when the X-Men were still headquartered in San Francisco. That comic was published in 2009 as the Marvel Holiday Spectacular (http://alphaflightcollector.wordpress.com/2009/11/03/christmas-creep-hits-marvel-comics-this-year/). So technically, yes, she was spotted in San Francisco, but not on Utopia Island, so far.
