Plus, there is a mention of an appearance by Puck on the back cover of the Marvel Age #38 comic that I don't think you have listed Phil. (Of course maybe you know about it but don't consider it an "appearance") Plus there is a little bit of trivia about the letterer Rick Parker surrounding that Puck cartoon.
