Imagine everyone Logan has ever killed over the course of his very long life, all confined to one place, all itching to get their shot at revenge. Now witness the devil give them just what they want. It's Logan versus the legion of the damned, including some very familiar faces. And with Logan's demonically-possessed body still running amuck on earth, the body count can only grow. Who could possibly stand in his way? Maybe... Mystique???

40 PGS./Parental Advisory …$3.99

Sure looks like him. Not sure why Gorgon is there as he is alive again.

I'm thinking that's Sabretooth, not Wild Child. The text of the solicit reads, "everyone Logan has ever killed" and if you remember from Wolverine Origins #39 (http://alphaflightcollector.wordpress.com/2009/10/27/wild-child-killed-by-omega-red/), Omega Red killed Kyle, not Logan.

Indeed, that's why I was iffy as both Sabretooth and Wild Child have worn that similar costume.

I go away for awhile and look what happens! AF all over the place!

My money's on Sabretooth. It looks too bulky to be Kyle.

If it is Kyle I won't be complaining! ;)

Hey Raja, be careful what you say. if you start suggesting that there is a link between you going away and AF popping up... :-k

As long as the conspiracy stuff stays here and doesn't resurface in Alpha Flight I will be so :D:D:D.

Not really news since it's been totally mentioned before but just to confirm, yes HeeeeeEEEEEEESSS BACK!

(Puck, I mean, not Wild Child)

Looking totally badass too, I love this version of him, except the whole "wrong ear thing" is spreading, first from Northstar and Aurora, and now to Puck, whatever, the rest of him looks awesome.

He's just in a few panels at the very end of the book, in Hell, as promised.

Will he factor prominently in issue #3?

Yes, or that's what they advertised.

The advertisement (http://marvel.com/catalog/?id=17077) (LGT Marvel's solicit) reads:

"Wolverine Goes to Hell" Part Three Logan's soul is trapped in hell, fighting off hordes of old enemies who all want to see him suffer. Meanwhile his demonicallypossessed body is running around on earth, looking to slaughter everyone Logan has ever cared about. Who could possibly help sort all this out? Maybe a certain flaming-skulled biker and his buddy, the Son of Satan? Plus, the dramatic return of the toughest, most two-fisted dwarf Marvel has ever seen.

CBR has an interview with Jason Aaron and here's what he had to say about Puck...

One ally that Logan finds in Hell is his old friend, the diminutive and deceased Alpha Flight member known as Puck. "He's one of those characters that I've always loved. John Byrne's run on 'Alpha Flight' was one of my favorite books. Most of those characters were dead and have been off the board for a while, so I thought it was a good chance to bring one of them back. I thought it would make the most sense for Puck to be in Hell. You look at his background, and for years he had this evil sort of demonic sorcerer trapped inside him. I like the idea of Puck being trapped in Hell because of that, and when he sees Logan show up, he feels he finally has the chance to break out," Aaron said. "There's also another figure down there in Hell with Wolverine and Puck. They're a shadowy figure; we don't know who they are, but they'll play a big part in the finale of this first arc."

I wonder if Puck will be resurrected via this book, hence his absence from the Chaos War: Alpha Flight one shot?

Could be, he mentioned he needed Wolverine to escape Hell so it's possible :)
