X-23 #1?

I'm stuck at work for the next 4 hrs so can't get to my copy, so....

Comicbook.db (http://comicbookdb.com/issue.php?ID=211423) lists X-23 ('10) #1 as a Jeffries appearance, but only 2 of the 4 versions.
I didn't notice him when I read through my copy, but may have missed him OR he may only be on the variants OR they messed up.

Anyone else got it?

I can see the character they assume to be Jeffries
He does look very much like the redneck Jeffries we've seen lately, but he clearly states he was a telepath who lots his powers.
