Well, the thing is - when you consider that 99% of the hero population apparently lives in New York. Take that and put NY in Canada. NY would occupy a VERY small piece of Canada.

It is definitely a diss on Alpha Flight (I'm so surprised... not)... if the writer of the comic were a little more intelligent, they'd have the villain go to... say, the mid west... or even the west coast.... But apparently felt the need to diss Alpha Flight instead.
