Sounds cool. Was this delayed? I was thinking it was originally supposed to be releaased by now, not just the demo.

No delay, full version is still slated for Mar 8th. Since I don't have Xbox live gold (greedy Microsoft hosers) I downloaded the PC version. Boy, oh boy is the combat lively, I mean, wow. No spoilers from me but I loved the skill tree revamp as well as the fast paced combat. Biggest overhaul in terms of animations has to go to the mage, very dynamic way of spell casting now. I'm VERY excited to play this and will fully embrace the new hero of Feralden. Never go wrong playing a Bioware game.

Too many things locked, it being a demo and all. I mean, you can't even open your inventory! At a high level, battle is a blast. At low XP, that Ogre munched my arse.

Demo is fun. I hate a lot of the changes, but the game is good, over all, if you don't directly think of it as Dragon Age to compare it to Origins.

Can't wait to get my hands on the real thing. In fact...I think it is sitting at the Post Office right now, waiting for me to pick it up...
Gues I should hurry up and finish Awakenings then, lol!

Yup, i was correct. I currently hold my cellophane-wrapped copy of Dragon Age II.
My daughter is staying with me this weekend, so i probably won't get to crack this open until Monday. :(

Loving DA 2 overall. Some changes I scratched my head at but the good outweigh the bad imho. My wife is loving it too, we have to timeshare the xbox.

It is pretty much all I do in my spare time. The linear story-line makes it fairly easy to play. Best thing about it, is that it is FUN!

Finished the game. It's awesome, epic, and...VERY linear. I see both the disappointments in it, and the adrenalized excitement. Can't wait to play it through again. Unfortunately, I am moving in...well, not sure, but in under two weeks, so I may not have as much time to devote to it for a while. Nevertheless, I will go through it again, and soon.
I too just finished it yesterday. I LOVED it. I'm not sure just how liniar it is, I'm tempted to go through it again, at least for a little while and make totally different decisions, like being a mage hater instead of a mage lover...I accidentally let my character flirt with Anders too much and got locked in a relationship, where Isabella is more to my taste ;)

I had a fling with Isabella but finished the romance with Merrill. I fell in love with that Welsh accent. =P~
Ohh Anders. Boy, that was a heart wrenching decision at the end. :( I loved that I got to team with my sibling again for the final battle. I hope the upcoming DLC continues the story, we were sort of left with a "What happens next?" end. It was nice to some Origin and Awakening vets return. One in particular seems we'll be seeing more of. So who else thinks we'll be seeing Orlais in a future installment?

Leliana rocked in the first one, for sure. In the sequel, who is better than the pirate captain lady!?

She certainly has the best lines. The conversation she had with Aveline regarding her honeymoon had me laughing hard.

Considering where Sandal and his "father" are headed...

Another great screenshot. Too funny, if you position your camera just right, you can get some great shots, lol.

I still don't have this game. Wasn't going to pay full price for a game with a fraction of the content and dev time as the previous game. Some of us have to give the industry a good financial spanking when they pull this rushed BS.
I do look forward to some of these characters. All I can say is, FOR GREAT JUSTICE! (Yes, I spoiled myself. XD)
