Yeah, it was. I also asked Fred what he thought should go into a compilation book of his work if Marvel were to put one out called "Best so far" But he was too modest to say and didn't want to shun anybody he worked with. Nice guy.

... Nice to not shun anybody, but I'm not sure modesty applies when you're comparing your own work to your own work. Then you're just saying 'what I did here is better than what I did there', rather than 'what I did here is better than anybody else!' - and it wasn't him who came up with the idea in the first place.
