SFX magazine, Britain's best selling Sci-Fi and Fantasy Mag, devoted a column in its 'Red Alert' section to the return of the Flight.

They feature Jimenez Art, and the title is 'Northern Stars'.

They give it a good plug.

Thanks for the scan! I hope our British cousins take a keen interest in the series. Would it help if I told them I collected Capt Britain and MI:13?

No! Try not. Do, or...
Oh, you did. Excellent!

And yet, he's still with the X-Men... Did anybody see a 'playing for both teams' joke around here? Or would that be bad?

Buffy: I'm here!

What issue is this? Does anyone have an issue number or newsstand date? I think that magazine has both on the cover.

Thanks

What issue is this? Does it have an issue number or newsstand date? SFX is generally available here but the one issue I saw didn't have this page.

Issue #208 June 2011. (http://www.sfx.co.uk/2011/04/06/sfx-issue-208/)
It's the one with the Tardis Sound Effect cover and has Matt Smith of Doctor Who fame on the front. (http://www.sfx.co.uk/2011/04/06/sfx-issue-208/)

Ah, thanks, the boat carrying the Jun issue must still be steaming its way across the Atlantic. Either that, or they stopped for a bit to watch the wedding!

I went to FCBD yesterday with somebody, and while we were there he bought the SFX issue in question. (I didn't twig until he tried to show me the article. He kept flashing it in my face, but I kept looking at the wrong page. Then at the road. Dude, I am *driving*! ... not now. Then. When this scene happened. I'm not driving and visiting the forum at the same time. Really. Use a frickin' turn signal you --
forget that last part.)

"Superhero thriller"

Hm...not sure if I love that wording, or loathe it.

I think it ties into the idea of the evil Fascist government.

We'll see what it's like when it's out, I guess.
More than that, I cannot say.
