Possibly Wildchild in the AoA one?
We could see any number of Alphans in that one! (Even 0. :( Zero is still a number, right?)
But there have been AoA Beaubiers and (iirc) Puck, Jeffries, and Langkowski.
(I haven't tracked AoA since it first came out, so I could have added some and/or missed others.)

Saw a few for past events such as Infinity Gauntlet, Planet Hulk,House of M, etc. are they new stories in those universes, reprints (doubt it), retcons, or all new tie-ins to Secret War (very likely this option?
The idea in the article sounds pretty cool - but I lost what interest I had (which wasn't much) when they released a poster showing "heroes" fighting "heroes". (By the way, quotation marks should never be used for emphasis.) I got sick of that idea five "events" ago.
OTOH, as a rule, I love alternate realities.

I don't see how AF will have a part in this beyond cameos.
I don't see how they'll get beyond Thunderdome.
That's true... ish. AF began in a one-off issue of an ongoing series as a group of new characters trying to get one of their members back, not as part of the nth "big event" in a row with every established "hero" in the Marvel Universe fighting every other established "hero" in the Marvel Universe.
BIG difference - to me anyway.

Thanks, Phil!
Egyptia - could that be the alternate reality in the issues of (original) New Warriors where the Sphinx took over?
Killville and Arcadia - something to do with Arcade?
Earth / Paradise / Utopia X will be in there somewhere, too. Maybe some of the Excalibur alternates. And Exiles.
The other day I read about DC's new crossover, Convergence in CSN. It's about a villain who gathers pieces of all the DC alternate realities and puts them together on some distant planet to fight it out.

The solicitation to the FCBD book:
Prepare yourself for the final days of the Marvel Universe as you know it as the march to the biggest comic event of the year continues! From the ashes of a decimated cosmos rises… Battleworld! Amid the strange, patchwork realm, refugees from thousands of obliterated universes struggle for survival. Even if they can endure the horrors of Battleworld — the home they knew has been destroyed! Time has run out, and the opening salvo of Secret Wars has been fired. But can anything restore the Marvel Universe that once was?
Hmmmmm....interesting. It is looking more and more likely it will be a reboot, but not 100% convinced
I'm with you, K-M-; more likely, not 100% convinced.
But I just suddenly remembered that the Nu52 began with a bunch of alternate realities, too.
I mean, I don't want to imply that Marvel and DC are copying each other or anything, but Marvel and DC are copying each other.

Haha yeah, copying someone is a form of flattery after all.
:) Yep, that's true.
