That's a sweet little cameo in a very big book! That panel is reprinted from Alpha Flight v1 #11. You've got sharp eagle eyes to find that one!

The sequence with the 'salve' - kind of a lost opportunity here. Shaman just reached below the frame into his bag and pulled out... something? I recall seeing many, many very cool panels of him...
Sure does look like Witchfire in full on demonic mode like in Alpha Flight #123-4. But I think it's just the Goblin Queen.

For the record, I like the new tiara. It's a little softer but still extremely powerful. I suggest keeping the post up but adjusting the title to "Not final version" something like that. I can't...
There's so much I like about this image. If the rest of the series is like this, we are in great luck. I think he really captured her personality: the haughty, mysterious and superior look on her...
Yes there is a note in the footer and answered in the header but I meant Puck's right arm which was added in later to occupy the quondam corner box after Alpha Flight went Direct Market only.
So in addition to the original art from AF #52, which has a Little story to it, we also got the original art from Alpha Flight Annual #2 featuring Vindicator. Sweet!
As previously mentioned, uploading attachments, inline images not working. Also there used to be a more advanced option for posts; that seems to be gone now.
Yeah Walter died in Immortal Hulk #4, and his body has since been merged with Doc Samson. I hope he gets better.
The Great and Powerful Ben returns! :) This is good news, so happy to have the site back and just in time for volume FIVE!
I have a copy of this waiting for me at the local LCS! Can't wait to see all the Alpha-goody art
Cover of Marvel Age #2 has the promo cover too.
Well here's an Alpha Flight collectible I've never seen - a promo bag from 1986 showing the 25th Anniversary frame used on the NOV 1986 covers, featuring Puck!
What's fun about this, besides the...
Got my copy today! Actual cover is below. It's without trade dress.

I wrote a little thing about that issue back in the day. The entire transcript of the Northstar coming out as gray article is included:

Uniform was displayed in Uncanny X-Force #19, along with respectful words of wistful loss from Sabretooth for his faithful friend.
No-Prize awarded.
Were it ever explained how 616 Kyle got into this book, and why he's wearing an Age of Apocalypse costume?
Want laptop with X-Factor team logo. Sticker also acceptable.
I think the best kinds of posts are "Yes you should get this because there's an Alpha Flight thing in it" or "No, there's no Alpha Flight thing in it, but it's a great comic, get it anyway", etc....
That's Dr. Lansing, not Walt. Check pages 4, 21 and 22 of FF#267.
I saw Alpha Flight mentioned a few times in Empyre #0 as well.
I guess he got better. Weird vague solicit though.
