I like the way Guardian looks like on the panel, so epic. No nitpicking, guys!
Northstar... GIDDY?
Lol, must be one of the effects which come from aging.
I hate the idea Northstar is/was a X-Man to begin with, but at least Jean-Paul got his spotlight in the recent crappy...
LOL, I'm a bit lost here.
"Relaunch" what?
If AF truly comes back from the dead world, we get the same team we learnt to love in AF #1.
Hopefully no John Byrne in sight to kill'em all in a big...
They should do at least volume 2 and 3. What a shame. It's Byrne's run!
Dana, please update me. Hopefully, they are coming back for good.
Fact is, Guardian/Mac was the "normal" guy interacting with the weirdest creatures on the planet (Snowbird, Marrina, Sas, the twins). When Byrne killed him, he basically killed the "normal" viewers'...
This cover... it's like Alpha Flight are saying readers: "Look out, we're back with a vengeance, and we're the real deal: X-MEN SUCK!" Hahahha.
That's why Marvel killed them in the very first place....
What's going on here?
This is... well, it goes far beyond my mental sanity for sure...
I missed some months of this forum and when I return I discover that...
... MARVEL IS BRINGING BACK THE...
Oh God, this interview made my day, absolutely terrific.
Sounds like Jeffries is getting popular.
I just think Mantlo was brilliant, because he kept them fairly mysterious and "WEIRD". In my mind, Alpha Flight = superhero weirdness. In a cool way, don't get me wrong.
Is this public knowledge in the Marvel universe, even? I always supposed everyone knew he just was "altered" by gamma rays.
Because they don't want Alpha Flight having any dignity left. And that's because Alpha Flight characters are far more cooler than the X-Men, but Marvel must sell its X-Crap over and over again.
No wait. Is that panel true?
So what's the final verdict? I'm a bit lost here, guys.
Maybe it's just a magical "feedback" to the interconnective energy Dr. Strange is spreading all over the place.
W-what? What's happening here?
It's a nice time to be such a Snowbird fan like me. Hahaha.
Another sign Marvel must hate Canada, or better, all its superheroes...
That's my guess too.
Well, so the "8" number is correct, since two "new" old Beasts have been introduced. Right?
Let's hope some authors will clear up things about Snowbird once and for all.
Le Messor, I was referring to the cover of the X-Men issue where Guardian first appeared in the Marvel universe.

The Snowbird costume rule.
Wow, seems like the Alphas are popular with CosPlayers.
