This is kind of weird. I first started collecting comics with a triple-pack of Oz editions; Alpha Flight #4 (reprinting the lead stories from v1 #s 8 & 9), a Superman annual, and Amazing Spider-Man #10 (reprinting The Amazing Spider-Man #243).
I've just opened that issue of Spider-Man for the first time in a very long time, and the letters page is inside the front cover.
    Here's a letter from within:
    "Dear Comic Comments,
Alpha Flight has indeed proven the worth of comics.
Most of my friends favour Aurora and Puck. Well, please let it be known that there is a petite 20-year-old blonde with admiration for Walter Langouski (sigh). Sometimes I wish I were part of the team. Anyway, thank y ou for Alpha Flight, all of them!
    Caroline Brent,
    East Orange."

(NB: the spelling of Langkowski was hers, not mine; I just didn't want to put (sic) and (sigh) in a row.)

Okay, so two in one day…
I now have a copy of Phoenix: The Untold Story. In the back, it has a round table conversation between Chris Claremont, John Byrne, Terry Austin, and Jims Salicrup and Shooter.
Chris: … but deep down inside there is part of me that was in on the creation that still wishes there had been another way. It would be the same, I think, if a similar situation occurred, say, with Alpha Flight…
John: No, I'd kill 'em all…
Chris: Well, you have a certed vested interest in characters you create.
(I don't know what 'certed' means.)

Ms. Marvel #1 (2006) - Carol goes to a publicist's office, and the front cover of AF (v1) #3 is one of many pictures on the wall.

Yes! There is a variant cover to that issue, and a pricey sketch variant as well. The image is a representation of AF #3: Click image for larger version.

    Have we discussed this already?
    (Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised.)

The trade I read it in also contains some set-up for Omega Flight, but I assume we've talked about that.

    No worries.

It's actually a coincidence I bought the trade - I thought it was the original Ms. Marvel series. It's better than I expected after I figured that out.

I've been enjoying this guy's videos.

At about a minute into the one I just linked you to, you see a massive toy shelf with, like, ALL the superheroes in it. (I suspect it's a near-complete Legends + DC equivalent collection).

In pretty much the middle of the screen (and a bit to the left), you can see a Guardian and a Sasquatch. If there's a Puck, I can't see it, but I'm not willing to say it's not there either.

In Avengers #294, this issue after Marrina gets killed, the Black Knight talks about it:
"The lifeblood of Marrina now stains its blade and though mine was not the hand that wielded it, it seems the curse is mine to carry.
    "Marrina was not fully mortal.
"… But already I can feel the fire in my blood if I am not holding the cursed blade!"
(It's not made clear if that's Matt Bianco's Fire In The Blood or not.)

They keep talking about her, but I'm too lazy to type that much, even though typing this is probably more than I'd have to do if I just transcribed it all.

In the Avengers #298 letters page, somebody suggests Northstar as a member. (The same letter mentions Marrina's then-recent death.)

A kinda weird one in The Thing (1982?) #21. The letters page includes a letter that mentioned nothing but a couple of ads. The response to a later letter included:
"And, say, what did you think of that Alpha Flight ad?"
