Okay. So her first suit (the one that Heather wore when the Mantlo-verse AF teamed up with the AVENGERS) was EM and went underwater with no adverse effects to her or anyone near her?
I see your point, but I think that's because of the force field, and maybe heavy insulation.

Well, she didn't design / create it either - Madison and Bochs did, off the top of my head. Based off Mac's original ideas.
