Some Interesting Thoughts
I get a little confused re Independent, as I find the term Indie book, when in reference to comics, as a little ambiguous. I see true independent book as somthing like Dave Hitchcock does. Writes, draws and self publishes. However, given the enormity of the major players in comics publishing, I suppose companies like AiT/Planetar (sp) could be considered indie.
I guess the only rules I adhere to when taking a book to the counter, is that it appeals to me, people I trust have recommended it and it don't have a X in the title

Fiorello: I no like-a the second party, either.
Driftwood: Well, you should've come to the first party. We didn't get home 'til around four in the morning... I was blind for three days!
