No not mine, I found this in Google Images. I've got none myself but am thinking of getting one like this, or perhaps the Tardis.

Had to split this off for my own good, as it's a topic I wanna open I tried to start a tattoo thread long ago with many fewer members, so here we go again

I have 3, and want more. It's true what they say about them being addictive. I got my first one when I went in with my girlfriend at the time to keep her company while she got an old one covered up. She was taking it easy, almost falling asleep in the chair, so I though "hey that doesn't look so bad" and had wanted one for a while, so I got one then and there on my shoulder:

Shortly after I broke up with previously mentioned girlfired, I got a new one to kinda signify a new chapter in my life. It's Haida in design, and a frog means good luck to the Haida people. This one is on my upper back/neck it's a good bit bigger than the first:

Later when I was redescovering myself I had an urge, and got this one done. It's on my chest, and takes up the better part of my left peck. I love this tat! Yet again, bigger than the previous:

If I can ever afford it, I'll be getting this on my hip. I'm looking at it being bigger again, probably about 8 or 9 inches tall.

I also want to get something on my forarm, but haven't decided what yet...I'm at a bit of a strange time in my life now, and it makes me want one more, but with summer comming, it's not the season for fresh ink.

so like I said, I like ink Anyone else wanna share? What do you have? What do you want to get? Do you like tattoos, or do you hate 'em?

I love the Haida tats! They're beautiful! I have a Stinger Tattoo shop two blocks from me (right beside the comic shop I frequent) and have been debating going in. Here's the website:

Looks like a good spot. We only have a few here. The one I go to is great, the others I wouldn't dare.

After wanting to get this particular tattoo for 7 or 8 years or so, I hit on a period where I really got pushed my my parents, boss, boss' sister, a couple tenants and the boonka of the time, so I went out and got it, appropriately enough for the people getting me PO'd, on the ides of March.

It's my only one, and it's specifically me, so I haven't felt any addiction to getting more on the "too much of a good thing" principle

The artist said it was rather bold, especially in color, design and the location on the left breast.
I will be keeping it covered when in Istanbul (not Constantinople) next month.

The chest is a tough spot for your first tat! Really painful area. I had to use all my will power to convice myself that "there is no spoon" when I got my chest piece done. By the time I hit 3 hours it started to go numb...a bit

That's what the artist said...2/3's the way thru...lol
Was feeling it on the lower two stripes, others were OK...but I have no mode of reference, remember.

I've only been meaning to do this for ages...I drew my own Maori design of a fish hook with appropriate symbolism to reflect my life and my being. I got it coloured in like paua shell...or abalone as most of you know it as...and it's on my left pec near my heart. The dude had to wake me up when he finished. I felt no pain whatsoever.

    Sweet, a tattoo thread!

I've got two, that have become one. The first I got in San Juan, which is a Taino sun symbol on my right upper arm, very historic and criollo. The next was an African mask I found on the net, that I got in California that was inked around the first one. It's huge, I don't have a pic sorry.

I love it ('em) and I want a bunch more, but I just don;t have the scratch now.

Ben I dig the tribal/natural stuff, very cool. Is that first one a Koqui, that's a type of tree frog native to PR, sweet

Kozzi that has to be the most flagrantly obvious tattoo I've ever seen, I love it, wear it prouf in Istanbul, homie!

Mako, it's cute, but it should be bigger! There's nothing hotter then girl's with big tattoos.[/b]

well seeing as mine is more of a 'for me' tattoo, I decided that it didn't need to be massive. It's mainly an afformation of who and what I am and where I stand in the world. plus it's the same size as an actual Maori hook would be...slightly larger actually. =)

Finally sussed out my stupid phone and how to upload pics from it. So my contributions to the great tattoo debate My Right Arm and my left arm
    Del

Driftwood: Well, I got about a foot and a half. Now, it says, uh, "The party of the second part shall be known in this contract as the party of the second part."
Fiorello: Well, I don't know about that...
    Driftwood: Now what's the matter?
Fiorello: I no like-a the second party, either.
Driftwood: Well, you should've come to the first party. We didn't get home 'til around four in the morning... I was blind for three days!
