Fiorello: Well, I don't know about that...
Driftwood: Now what's the matter?
Fiorello: I no like-a the second party, either.
Driftwood: Well, you should've come to the first party. We didn't get home 'til around four in the morning... I was blind for three days!
No no, I say it the first way too...Originally Posted by Ben
This list does of course leave the Southern United States "Sos-kwach" pronunciation off. Of course most folks down this way would skip even trying to say Sasquatch and just call him Big Foot. It's easier using 2nd grade words I suppose!
Bubbles from Trailer Park Boys' "Samsquanch" pronounciation is also mysteriously off the list
I tend to say "sas-skwatch" or sometimes "sa-skwatch." So the second syllable sounds like "sk" and "watch" smeared together.
Damn, if I knew everyone else was choosing saskwatch I would have gone for the other... or samsquanch. Gotta love Bubbles.
