Tutorial - How To Create An Alphanex Wiki entry

Right, I'm at work so the image quality won't be great, but....

Further to Ben's guide above:

I've found the IE really isn't the best browser for creating pages on. Firefox/Chrome tend to be better for it.

Step 1 - Decide on which images you want to use and rename them accordingly on your computer; For a page with multiple images use "_01" after the name.
For Example Aurora.jpg Aurora_01.jpg Aurora_02.jpg etc. - The file name needs to be as simple as possible as you will need to use this for the image pagename.

Step 2 - Navigate to the Wiki link:

Step 3 - Click "Upload New File"

Step 4 - Create a name for the Image page - including the image extension (I tend to use .jpg's but I believe .png's work too)

Step 5 - Insert the Image using the Insert Image Button

Follow the dialogue to upload it to the main page

Step 6 - Double Click on the uploaded Image to open the Image Settings Dialogue Box

Step 7 - Change the Image Size from Thumbnail to whichever is most appropriate (Medium, Full Size etc)

Step 8 - Save the image page. - This will have uploaded the image to the server, ready for use later.

Step 9 - Click the "Post New Article" link

Step 10 - Enter the Name for the Page you want to create (If it's an actual name use the 'Surname, Forename' format) as you did with the image, but with no file extension.

Step 11 - Enter/Paste the text you want to add for the page (use Ben's guide above/in the Wiki or refer to previous pages' code)

Step 12 - Add the file/pagename image that you previously uploaded within tags [[Image:Example.jpg]] (where Example.jpg could be Aurora.jpg Aurora_01.jpg etc.)

Step 13 - (This is the bit that was stumping me and I think is a remnant of the old software) Select all the text you have entered/pasted and then click the "Remove Format" button - This will clear the font from within your text and thus get rid of any hidden clashing html tags.

Step 14 - Save/Publish your page!
