History
The origins and personal history of the supervillian known as Strongarm are unknown. All that is known is that before the Infinity War he was recruited by The Master of the World as part of his new Omega Flight. It uncertain if The Master gave Strongarm his cybernetic implants, or if he had acquired them elsewhere.

The Master planned to release the extradimensional Ska'r and use their power against the Magus to prevent the fusion of the planet Earth with the Magus' doppelganger world. Towards that end, the Master sent Strongarm and the other members of Omega Flight to attack Talisman. Once she was subdued, Brain Drain used his mind control powers on her to force her to open a gateway to the Ska'r dimension.

Once the Ska'r were released, their psychic influence unleashed a wave of madness across Canada. When Beta Flight realized what was going on, The Master had Omega Flight attack the Betans to prevent them from interfering. In the end Beta Flight prevailed, and the Master teleported himself and his minions away.

Omega finally engaged Alpha Flight while they attempted to rescue their lastest recruit, Feedback, from the anti-mutant militia known as the Hardliners. Strongarm used his abilities to subdue Aurora but soon he found himself overwhelmed when attacked by Wyre and Guardian. Being thrown into his team mate Bile, Strongarm lost his nevre and ran headlong into Sasquatch who procceded to rip off his artifical arm. His failure marked the turning of the battle, and the rest of Omega Flight was either subdued or killed in short order.

Status
After the battle, the Master apparently left Strongarm and the remnants of Omega Flight to their fate. With his artifical arm removed, Strongarm has apparently lost all of his powers. It is assumed he and the other Omega Flight survivors were taken into custody, as they have not reappeared in the Master's service. The Master has since found other minions to do his bidding, including the U-Foes and Strike Force One.
Powers
Strongarm has an unusually large artifical right arm that is the source of his powers. He could morph his arm into various forms

Increased Strength: Strongarm appears to have greater than average strength in his artifical arm. His strength level is far below that of Sasquatch's who easily ripped the arm off of his body.

Telescoping Reach: Strongarm's hand can extend from his body several feet. He used this ability to pull Aurora out of the air and slam her to the ground.
