BOTH!?!?! Why, that'd be practically unheard of in the Marvel Universe, for a character to be in more than one book! Right?

I've merged the Avengers Academy thread with the Av X general one, as they're both dealing with the same storyline.

    I was kinda wrong.
He appears from the shoulders down far in the background in one panel.

In Avengers Academy #29 however, he plays a really big part.
Lots of face time and lines, shown very much in the responsible adult role protecting the Utopia kids as they're imprisoned.
    Definitely worth getting.

I'm guessing it's an ad hoc armour made up of whatever scrap metal was laying around.

    More spitting at commercials, huh?
That was always his strength - making robots out of junk. Or cars.

This is still awesome news no matter what the armour is made out of.

Yeah, my thawts too. I was thinking it bore a resemblance more to Iron Man than to Box.

I heard spitting at commercials was also a strength of his.

I got to admit, and don't slag me cuz of this, but i really don't have no love for Jeffries anymore. I think Byrne wrote him great. I think his inclusion in the team after Byrne left, was a big mistake. (And one i plan on fixing; in my world [ http://my-af-writer-jb-then-me.blogspot.ca/ - coming soon] Jeffries will be hanging with X-Men, not Alpha Flight.)

For me, I am changing my "ad hoc" for Jeffries to "ad nauseum".

Yeah, he does appear to be wearing the armour like Iron Man used to. Now I'm really starting to think Christos Gage is definitely a Box fan since he included the Box armour before in the non continuity House of M: Masters of Evil #3 story.

I am a fan of Jeffries being Box, no doubt.

It looks more like a beefed up version of a cylon than Box. I want the good ol' Red and Silver Box circa issue 24.

    DIGGER
I second that. With Roger Bochs as operator of it.
