I've merged the Avengers Academy thread with the Av X general one, as they're both dealing with the same storyline.

What's the logic behind this guess? Why can't he be in both?

I was kinda wrong.
He appears from the shoulders down far in the background in one panel.

In Avengers Academy #29 however, he plays a really big part.
Lots of face time and lines, shown very much in the responsible adult role protecting the Utopia kids as they're imprisoned.
Definitely worth getting.
