Avengers vs X-Men #12 only shows people suddenly gaining mutant powers. No actual former mutants are seen regaining their powers. Maybe this will happen in next week's AvX Consequences #1?

Rictor has regained his powers in X-factor, I don't know for sure if it has to do with AvsX or not

Oh I havent read the story myself yet, just based it off of what people are saying at different boards. I won't be getting the comic till tomorrow.
