    Rule im starting right now. If you subtract from a character who is only at 1 point, you get to use 1 additional minus point on another character. Like say someone subtracted from Marrina whose is sitting at one point. Rather than leaving Her at negative one, the person would simply take away the final point, and have one more minus point to use. However this is the only case where minusing multiple characters in the same vote is acceptable.m
