I am sure this is mentioned somewhere in this thread - but just saw this.
Wyre is mentioned (only in name) in the post credits thing about the "Secret Empire" in Taskmaster #1 (2010).

Linkara has just reviewed Secret Invasion. Among other things, he flashes up an Incredible Hercules cover, prominently displaying a pic of Snowbird (21:40).
Huh. Alpha Flight (The Master, #15 I think) was the image for a YouTube video:

(Trigger Warning: the video does not follow The Narrative™)
Not sure where to put this, but I noticed something this morning.
I've just tried to post Action Comics Weekly #630, page 4, panel 3, side-by-side with Alpha Flight #11, page 13, panel 3, but it didn't work. See if you can find them, though. (I'm about to try something else.)
Am I the only one who, those are similar?
So, I'd watched a vid about Rogue in the X-Men comics, and I was rewinding to the part where he talks about Reece in Aliens (no, really!), and I happened to pause at this moment:

Incredible Hulk #296, letters page. From the second letter (addressed to the Hulk himself) :
"I used to think you were the most powerful man-monster on the face of the earth, but now you're just another Thing or Sasquatch (or even Spider-Man, for that matter)."
This has nothing to do with Alpha Flight at all, but:

the owlbear in this reminds me so much of Snowbird I couldn't let it slide.
This video is self-explanatory:
Longbox Of The Damned: Immortal Hulk
Sas is barely mentioned, but he is mentioned. I'm not sure what crimes he committed as Sasquatch, though.
That stuff may have been in the video, and my mind wandered.
I never read those actual issues, so I forgot about the summary.
Wasn't a criticism! Just promoting it as it was relevant.
Lol! Yeah, but the number of times I've said 'Ive never heard of this thing' and you've linked to a thread I've commented on, I'm starting to get embarrassed.
CSN #1862 has a brief write-up of Wendigo (Vs Hulk), and it mentions Sasquatch:
"The only real threat to Wendigo is another magical creature, like Sasquatch, who used gamma radiation to tap into the magical form of a Great Beasts." (sic)
