Ah, first officially open night of "my" new bar! It's a kinda higher end coctail and desert bar. It was supper slow at first, so I sent my waitress home, just kept me and my pastery chef. Sure enough, 11 o'clock hits and I get 7 tables in within half an hour. Not too much, but perfect to get things rolling. By 2am, I had done enough business to make it all worth while. Once this new project gets rolling, thing are gonna be amazing there!
