You guys have done a lot to create a friendly atmosphere where people can voice their opinions yet rely on the fact that everyone will remain respectful. In this era of online communiciation, where so many people feel they can misbehave without any ramifications, it is no small task to maintain order and keep it enjoyable. I applaud you guys.
