Created by Dr. Su, these synthoids were to be used to train Alpha Flight to hone their skills and to develop them as a team. A variety of different modules with custom fitted powers were created as means of individual growth. Such as the Master Modules were costumed designed for each member of Alpha Flight in order to train him or her in order to use skills other inherent to them, while encouraging the team?s emotional commitment to an existent adversary. The synthoids are able to track members?s strategies, adapt to them and change and programmed to think and act like the person they are programmed to resemble. While the Wolverine synthoids, were duplicates of the real Wolverine and to be used to better train the team to deal with him in the field. Were they more advanced the synthoids could replace Alpha Flight.

Variations

Master module- Flex: After the first conflict with the Master module-Prime the team was expecting another attack from the Master, as they believed it to be the real villain. The intruder alarm was activated, and the team split up venturing to different parts of the building to locate him. Flex ventured into the kitchen and found this variation costumed designed for him. This module consisted of a liquid form, which Flex?s attacks would pass through him. Instead of fighting the synthoid, Flex ran and it was defeated when members of Alpha Flight switched their sparing partners.





Master module- Guardian: After the first conflict with the Master module-Prime the team was expecting another attack from the Master, as they believed it to be the real villain. The intruder alarm was activated, and the team split up venturing to different parts of the building to locate him. Guardian ventured to the storage warehouse levels and found this variation costumed designed for him. This module can nullify the very forces Guardian manipulates and can use it against him. The synthoid was defeated when members of Alpha Flight switched their sparing partners







Master module- Murmur: After the first conflict with the Master module-Prime the team was expecting another attack from the Master, as they believed it to be the real villain. The intruder alarm was activated, and the team split up venturing to different parts of the building to locate him. Murmur ventured into the greenhouse and found this variation costumed designed for her. This module was encased in steel, which prevents Murmur from skin to skin contact allowing her to control it. The synthoid was defeated when members of Alpha Flight switched their sparing partners







Master module- Prime: The first robot Master was used to test the newly reformed Alpha Flight on the rooftop of Department H?s HQ. His powers consisted of to discharging Guardian?s electromagnetic pulse in his suit and control it, powerful energy blasts, and the ability to resist Murmur?s control. He vanished into thin air when Radius kicked him off the roof








Master module- Puck: After the first conflict with the Master module-Prime the team was expecting another attack from the Master, as they believed it to be the real villain. The intruder alarm was activated, and the team split up venturing to different parts of the building to locate him. Puck ventured into the air vents and found this variation costumed designed for him. This module fights predominantly hand to hand and possesses net-bombs that can ensnare a target. The synthoid was defeated when members of Alpha Flight switched their sparing partners







Master module- Vindicator: After the first conflict with the Master module-Prime the team was expecting another attack from the Master, as they believed it to be the real villain. The intruder alarm was activated, and the team split up venturing to different parts of the building to locate him. Vindicator ventured into the lab sectors and found this variation costumed designed for her. This module was encased in organic armor that made Vindicator?s attack useless. The synthoid was defeated when members of Alpha Flight switched their sparing partners







Master module- Radius: After the first conflict with the Master module-Prime the team was expecting another attack from the Master, as they believed it to be the real villain. The intruder alarm was activated, and the team split up venturing to different parts of the building to locate him. Radius ventured into the sub-basements and found this variation costumed designed for him. This module has the ability of intangibility. The synthoid was defeated when members of Alpha Flight switched their sparing partners







Wolverine module: Department H wanted to train the team in capturing Wolverine as they began to brain wash the team believing him to be a foe instead of an ally. These Wolverine Modules were programmed for collective attack strategies and great lengths were taken to ensure that their individual combat personalities would match all available data on Weapon X personal as well as matching power and abilities.
