Department H question

I was looking on wikipedia and they gave a listing of Department H employees. Who are Dr. Kelsey Mobius and Warwick Jamieson

Anybody? Bueller?

How does Roger Rabbit do that?

Mobius is some guy who was working on Manbot. See AF v2 issue #2 at the end where Director X is grilling all the Dept H members. He's mentioned on that page.

Warwick is a bald fat guy with a rumply tie who works at Dept H. See AF v2 issue #9, 1st page.

I don't know where the names "Kelsey" and "Jameson" come from, I'll keep looking though.
