If you're being serious, then no. He'd have to be in the bottom three rows (since they seem to go through time, and he's post-Giant Sized X-Men 1), and he's not in any of the recognisable issues there.

Yes, serious, yes, he's in one of the recognizable issues after GSXM#1

Is that Sasquatch standing behind Cap on Civil War #1?

Driftwood: Well, I got about a foot and a half. Now, it says, uh, "The party of the second part shall be known in this contract as the party of the second part."
Fiorello: Well, I don't know about that...
Driftwood: Now what's the matter?
Fiorello: I no like-a the second party, either.
Driftwood: Well, you should've come to the first party. We didn't get home 'til around four in the morning... I was blind for three days!
No, that's not Sasquatch above Captain America on the cover of Civil War #1.

Found him! Although it's hard to see him (you see VERY little of him, actually, but if you know the issue cover, you know it's him -- had to Google the issue), He's kinda obstructed by Thor's hair in the cover of Deadpool #1.

Excellent! Sasquatch appears mostly on the back of the comic cover. There's a whole thing about how the cover was designed in the back of that issue. Also, there was supposed to be an expanded back story with Sasquatch and Deapool, and presumably more of Alpha Flight as well, but it was never written. Alpha Flight was supposed to play a major role in that series, in the 2nd year, but unfortunately we never found out what it was. If you read the issue (Deadpool #1), you can tell that there's quite a bit of bad blood between Sasquatch and Deadpool, which is completely unexplained in any other comic. The reader is left to assume there was some sort of off-panel history, never revealed to us.
Good job finding the wookie!

Wasn't this revisited in Deadpool #25. Some kind of flashback to the events of Deadpool #1? I think some of Sas's and Deadpools history was revealed there.

Yes, there was a time-travel portion of Deadpool #25 back to the events of Deadpool #1, but no additional explanation of the back story between Sasquatch and Deadpool. Just reverse-angle shots and some reprinted dialogue.

In the Marvel 70th Anniversary Poster Book which was released this week, one of the posters in the book is the wraparound cover for Deadpool #1!! Sasquatch! It's very impressive to be in the same book as some incredible covers from Marvel history.
Awesome. It's magazine sized, so it's even bigger than the original. I love it!

EDIT:I just realized you can see a part of Sasquatch on the cover of the Poster Book, too, but it's just the back of his calf. The little bar-code thingy covers him up a bit.
