Glad to see a creative team using Walter for his brains rather than his brawn. Hopefully, whatever new direction they're taking Sasquatch in will be interesting, though the description they give: "...matted, filthy fur, drool on his muzzle and a vicious gleam in his eye..." makes me worried. Still, as it's along the lines of a horror story--and I love a good horror story--I'll wait to see what they do with him, and hope it's something cool. I may actually start buying comics again for this.
Is Sasquatch appearing regularly in a Hulk book? Or just a one off? Either way glad he is out of captain marvel as he and the rest of the main alpha flight team did nothing
Though looks like their retconning the Great Beasts orgin?
Regular supporting cast from the sounds of it.
Well I'm in. I bet in one issue Walter will do more then his entire run with Captain Marvel
June's a long time to wait.
I agree - I may start buying comics again for this. The only comics I currently pickup are Star Wars.
You are witnessing the death of a dream...
I just wish Sas could look like he originally did. I am tired of him looking like a reject from the Planet of The Apes (see Captain Marvel).
To be fair, he only looked like that in #0-2, the former and later artists were better.
Can somebody please make sure to bump this thread closer to the release date, with specific issue numbers? I don't want to miss this one!
"and gosh-darned nice with it."
Not... always. He used to bully Puck from time-to-time.
Still this sounds excellent!
I'll second -K-M-'s point that he did little in Captain Marvel and Phil's that the artists drew him better after #2.

I’ll try and remember.
Issue 1 is out in June.
Solicits should be out in a few weeks.
I was considering reaching out to Al for an interview, but thought against it with the site the state it is.
Oh, it's starting at issue 1? Okay. I'll try to remember, but that's months away. :/
Too bad if we don't get an interview, but understandable.

CSN #1610 has a loooong write-up of Immortal Hulk.
From the beginning of Sasquatch's section (which is on column 4 of the second page of the Hulk bit), interview with Al Ewing:
"We're also bringing in Walter Langkowski… I've pitched him as the kind of healthy version of Banner – the anti-Banner, almost – in that he's very well-adjusted, but his demons come from outside him…"

Pretty graphic for a Hulk book right out of the gates
