Awesome!
I noticed a couple of the comments wanted a new Alpha Flight book, too. - well, they wanted something outside of NY, which I agree with - but they mentioned Alpha by name.

I was going to go Firekinds, but that'd be insensitive after the Fire Nation attacked.
Couldn't agree more on Walter and Nighthawk.
Nighthawk could be good just because there are two of him. They could have fun with that angle.
I've actually always* wanted to see Marvel and DC make an agreement, and have a shared character - one who has a version in each universe. Same character, same powers, same supporting cast, then see what each universe does to them.
* Well, since the Marvel Vs. DC crossover where they tried to hint that Jubilee would move to DC. Which I'd also like to see - a character swapping universes.

Hey, that WOULD be cool! Even better, they could have a contest, where very 12 issues (that's one year, of course) they see who had the better sales for that character's comic, and the 'loser' has to post a you-tube video saying the other company is the best!I've actually always* wanted to see Marvel and DC make an agreement, and have a shared character - one who has a version in each universe. Didn't they do that with the Marvel vs. DC Amalgam stuff? Guy's name was Access and he could travel back and forth between Marvel and DC universes. He even had a Marvel/DC mini named after him. Oh, I think he could also "merge" DC and Marvel heroes into amalgams.
If I remember right, he even showed up in at least a Marvel comics or two.
Oh, and didn't Marvel and DC also share the rights to the big cosmic muckety-mucks that caused the whole Marvel vs. DC mini?
They kind of did, Jason, but he never had his own series. iirc, he only showed up in the Marvel vs. DC serieses and an issue of Green Lantern.

Just saw this thread and read the Torpedo article. As much as I love Brock Jones, I see no need to resurrect him right now. Instead Marvel needs to be using Mickey Musashi aka Turbo more since she is still wearing the Torpedo armor. Turbo has made like four 1 panel appearances in the past couple years. She's done nothing since she showed up at the Avengers Academy.
The original "spandex" costume didn't look like an armored suit. The Torpedo suit she redesigned in New Warriors #0 v2 looks more like armor than the original suit. I agree with Newsarama about the helmet though. I never liked the new helmet. Keep the new costume armor but wear the original helmet. If this upcoming New Warriors vol 5 doesn't get cancelled after 12 issues, hopefully she'll join the team again.
